When it comes to packing your maternity hospital bag, it can be quite overwhelming. A well organised hospital bag will help you feel prepared and relaxed when the time comes for baby's arrival.


What you will need

  • Birth plan and hospital paperwork

  • Nightwear, dressing gown and slippers

  • Underwear, nursing bra

  • Maternity pads

  • Change of clothes - loose and comfortable

  • Toiletries

  • Face wipes, lip balm, face cream

  • Hair brush, hair tie

  • Fan or water spray to cool you down

  • Snacks, drinks

  • Phone, camera

  • Chargers

  • Things to help you relax such as music, a book or a magazine

 

What baby will need
